    PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. By purchasing, accessing, or using any materials provided by Mee Zan Plas, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the Mise en Place System for Divorce (the “Meeze”) and the following specific resources:

    • Divorce Like a Head Chef: Administrative Preparation for Self-Represented Litigants (Course 1)

    • Divorce Like a Sous Chef: Administrative Preparation for Clients Working with an Attorney (Course 2)

    • Divorce Like a Chef: Sourcing Missing Ingredients & Protecting the Case Record (Course 3)

    • The Station Packs: Downloadable PDF Resource Bundles for Courses 1, 2, and 3

    You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

    1. THE STATION PROTOCOL (EDUCATIONAL BOUNDARIES)

    Mee Zan Plas, LLC is a provider of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for administrative organization.

    • The SOP Provider Role: We provide a "Chef’s Prep List" for administrative technical labor. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.

    • UPL SHIELDING: The Meeze is an Educational Resource only. We do not interpret the law for your specific facts, nor do we provide legal strategy. The "Kitchen" (the Court) operates under rules of law that require professional legal counsel for interpretation.

    • No Fiduciary Duty: Use of this station does not create an attorney-client or fiduciary relationship.

    2. HEAD CHEF RESPONSIBILITY (USER ACCOUNTABILITY)

    In the Meeze system, you are the Head Chef. * Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the "Ingredients" (data) you input into your Trial Binder or third-party AI tools. We do not verify your records for legal accuracy or completeness.

    • No "Perfect Dish" Guarantee: Much like a recipe, the final outcome depends on the execution of the cook and the conditions of the Kitchen. We expressly disclaim any guaranteed legal outcome or specific result in your case.

    3. STATION ACCESS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    • Single-Station License: Your purchase grants a single, non-transferable license for personal use. Sharing login credentials to the "Kitchen" is prohibited.

    • Proprietary Ingredients: All course content, including the "Meeze" framework and terminology, is the intellectual property of Mee Zan Plas, LLC. Reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

    4. THIRD-PARTY "PREP COOKS" (AI TOOLS)

    The Meeze identifies protocols for using third-party AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT) as "Prep Cooks."

    • External Rules: You are bound by the terms and privacy protocols of those external platforms.

    • Ingredient Security: You are responsible for ensuring that the data you provide to these "Prep Cooks" complies with court-ordered confidentiality and local privacy laws.

    5. REFUND POLICY (CONSUMED INGREDIENTS)

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because our products are digital "Ingredients" that are consumed immediately upon access, Mee Zan Plas, LLC maintains a Strict No-Refund Policy. Once you have accessed the station, the order is considered "served."

    6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    Mee Zan Plas, LLC provides organizational tools "as is." We are not liable for any administrative errors, missed deadlines, or unfavorable rulings in the Kitchen (the Court) resulting from your technical labor or the use of our SOPs.

    7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION (KITCHEN RULES)

    Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Weld County, Colorado, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in class-action litigation.

    Mee Zan Plas, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating under the brand names Divorce Like a Chef and The Mise en Place System for Divorce (the “Meeze”), identifies the following protocols for maintaining data privacy standards. The Meeze provides educational information and organizational tools; it does not provide legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship.

    1. Data the Station Identifies for Gathering

    The system identifies the following Station Data used for enrollment and interaction:

    • Identity Data: Name, email address, and payment details (processed securely by third-party providers).

    • Account Logs: Login credentials and course progress.

    • Station Messages: Cataloging any messages or "Station Logs" sent to the support team.

    2. Third-Party AI Tool Disclosure (Ingredient 2.2)

    PROMINENT DISCLOSURE: The Meeze, specifically the AI Prep Session (Ingredient 2.2), identifies administrative prompts for use with third-party Artificial Intelligence platforms.

    • The system does not Gather, Store, or Access any sensitive "Ingredients" (personal money records, case details, or private records) that are input into these external tools.

    • Users are responsible for Reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party AI platform utilized as a "Prep Cook."

    3. Utilizing Station Data

    The system Utilizes data strictly for Station Maintenance and service delivery:

    • Providing Access: Utilizing data to deliver Divorce Like a Chef course modules.

    • Order Tickets: Processing payments and enrollment.

    • Administrative Updates: Delivering news regarding the Mise en Place System.

    • Kitchen Layout: Improving website performance and user experience.

    4. Station Security and Storage

    The system identifies industry-standard security measures to support the protection of data.

    • Trial Binder Responsibility: The user is responsible for Protecting login credentials.

    • Data Retention: The system Maintains account data only as long as necessary to provide access to the Meeze or as required by the Kitchen (legal/regulatory requirements).

    5. The Data Audit (Your Rights)

    Depending on location (including rights under CCPA or GDPR), a user may perform a final Data Audit:

    • Request a Copy: Obtaining the data Stored regarding the account.

    • Correct the Record: Updating inaccurate or "spoiled" information.

    • The Reset (Deletion): Requesting the Removal of personal data from the active station.
